Do you attend across all of Queensland?
Yes. Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast are our everyday coverage. Townsville, Cairns and regional Queensland are serviced by local or deployed crews. Call us and we will confirm the soonest arrival.
Will neighbours or the building know why you are there?
We keep branding and conversation discreet. Crews use practical vehicles, limit corridor time, and speak only with the nominated contact. We do not discuss the nature of the job with neighbours.
Do you work with insurers and property managers?
Yes. We can take photos, itemise affected materials and provide a completion note suitable for a claim or a rental file. Quote the claim or job number when you call.
How fast can you arrive?
Metro South East Queensland is typically same-day for genuine biohazard work. Regional timing depends on crew location and access. We give an ETA on the first call.
